    my ticket is till being processed, support said its been forwarded to the unit specialized in account recovery, so hopefully i'll get them back, this char i made to pass time and have fun untill i get a response im playing around 7-8 pm till 1 am msk just looking for company in the game to ask questions and participate in party farming etc, l2 is boring solo last Chronicle i played was high five so i dont know everything around yet

    hi all, Im a foreginer i used to play on shock-2 between 2006 to 2009/2010 i had multiple accounts about 8 to be exact, i tried writing a ticket to support to recover the account but yet there is no response from support i have the emails and login/pass info, but when i login my account is empty no character is there a way to contact support faster ? or to get their attention ? привет всем, я иностранец, играл в Shock-2 с 2006 по 2009/2010 гг. у меня было несколько аккаунтов, около 8, если быть точным, я пытался написать тикет в службу поддержки, чтобы восстановить аккаунт, но пока нет ответа от службы поддержки у меня есть адреса электронной почты и данные для входа/пароля, но когда я вхожу в свою учетную запись, она пуста, нет никаких символов есть ли способ связаться со службой поддержки быстрее? или привлечь их внимание?
